recycle:me provides consumers with a free, nationwide recycling solution that accepts used beauty and cosmetic packaging from any brand, even if not originally purchased via LOOKFANTASTIC, Cult Beauty or other participating outlets.

Participants download the recycle:me app, where they scan and upload images of their used products for eligibility verification. Once items are approved, users can arrange free doorstep collection or postal returns, removing typical barriers such as transport or drop-off requirements.

To further drive participation, customers receive reward points, typically equivalent to £5 in LOOKFANTASTIC, £5 in Cult Beauty Points or Cult Beauty credit, once a minimum number of eligible empties are returned and processed.

Collected materials are sent to specialist recycling partners, where they are melted down and repurposed into durable plastic boards and other useful products, supporting true circularity rather than simple disposal.
